Dearest Twitter,
You keep asking us to be patient but stuff keeps breaking. A week in internet time is a really long time. Is there something else we can do? Do you need another server? Some development help?
I’m sure the citizens of Twitterland would be more than happy to help. Heck I bet if you did need to get another server or two you could start a fund and give it a day or two and you would easily get them machines. We really want to help (and we really want to see Twitter back online on our IM lists!) So why keep us at bay? Ask for help.
You never know what you will end up with unless you ask. (And no, asking to be patient is not what we’re looking for.)
